– Preparation of needed information for scheduled Board meetings
– Coordination of Depository & State Registration requirements

– Receipt and banking of all assessment payments and tracking of delinquencies for follow-up.
– Assistance in drafting the annual budget.
– Timely management of accounts payable.
– Preparation and disbursement of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
– Coordination of the legal process pertaining to the collection of assessments.
– Facilitate the performance of an annual audit by an independent auditor chosen by the Board.

Maintenance Services
– Coordination of the maintenance and repair of the common areas of the property
– Management of small, one-time maintenance issues with our in-house maintenance team
– Solicitation of bids for recurring maintenance programs, large-scale projects, and capital reserve projects
– Supervision of maintenance and repairs of common areas, large-scale projects, and capital reserve projects
– Submission to the board of recommendations for preventative maintenance
– Performance of scheduled inspections of the common areas
