Sky View HOA Solutions was created from firsthand experience – both the good and the frustrating. After years of living in and operating a business within Garrett County communities, we saw a clear need for more responsive, transparent, and community-minded association management. Too often, communication was unclear, expectations were inconsistent, and homeowners felt disconnected from the places they lived. We knew it could be done better.

Our goal is to provide a truly curated experience for every community we serve. That means thoughtful communication, organized operations, and a management style tailored to the personality and priorities of each neighborhood, not a one-size-fits-all system. Sky View HOA Solutions is locally owned by the team behind DCL Design Studio and Greenscapes in McHenry, Maryland. As local business owners and longtime members of the community, our owners understand the unique needs of homeowners associations in the Deep Creek Lake area.

Drawing on years of experience in HOA leadership, architectural review, community improvement projects, and property management, we provide practical solutions backed by real-world experience. Our goal is to help communities run efficiently, communicate effectively, and maintain the standards that make them great places to live.

Drawing on a diverse background in account management, customer service, outdoor recreation leadership, and event coordination, Kaci brings strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to HOA management. Her experience working closely with clients, coordinating complex projects, and delivering exceptional service has shaped a management style focused on responsiveness, clear communication, and attention to detail. Her goal is to help communities operate smoothly, communicate effectively, and remain welcoming places to live and visit.
